According to a BSE filing on October 8, the board will review and potentially approve an interim dividend for FY26. The announcement will also include unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

“In compliance with Regulation 29(1) read with Regulation 50(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that at the said meeting, the Board would also consider the proposal for declaration of an interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company, for the Financial Year 2025-26.”

In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated employees and their immediate relatives will remain shut until Friday, October 17, 2025, due to the upcoming corporate action and results announcement.
